Game Time 09

Preparing you for the game of life!

We are excited to confirm the dates for our 2009 National Conference! After the amazing time we all had at the Leadership Summit this year, we wanted to make sure we start planning NOW for 2009.
We chose a more central location which would make traveling easier and more cost effective for you, and so Game Time 09 will be in Jacksonville, Florida on July 10 - 12, 2009.

Soon we will have the program finalized and publish it here for you, we will have a link to the registration page up, and we will have more information on the hotel and church venue.

Set aside these dates now - you do NOT want to miss Game Time 09!

925 Athletic Ministries - what’s in a name?

A crown that will last forever

Since we started wearing our 925 T-shirts, many people have asked us about the origin of the name. So here is a reminder of our identity: The name has been chosen based on the scripture 1st Corinthians 9:25 which reads: "Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever."

This scripture perfectly epitomizes what we stand for and what we strive
to do, and thus, the name of 925 Athletic Ministries. We want to see athletes spiritually trained so that they can get the eternal crown. We want them to be connected to a local church where they can serve with others. And we want to teach athletes to be socially responsible and to love people like Jesus did.
